After summer vacations, sometimes the mere thought of getting back into your exercising routine seems a bit daunting. Although an excellent boost for your mental health and well-being, time off from the hustle of every days can put a halt on your workouts and physical progress—and IT’S OKAY!

The summer may have got you a little off track, but that doesn’t mean your fitness routine should have to melt away into nonexistence. First, don’t freak out! Second, you just have to get back on track quickly. I’m sure you already know that and have spent countless hours searching the web for tips on “how to get back on track”. But let’s face it, it’s easier said than done. … beyond that, it’s FRUSTRATING!
